Nerissa and Edric, Married! February 25, 2010

What an exciting start to 2010. Nerissa and Edric’s San Francisco wedding was filled with family joy, passion and playful elegance.

Nerissa began her day with her bridal party at the beautiful Fairmont Heritage Place, near Ghiradelli Square.

Then off to the Sunset district for the ceremony. We played around the De Young Museum for group photos. Oh, I love the textures there: great light, clean lines. Finally, the reception was held at the Officers Club in the Presidio.

Nerissa and Edric did an amazing job with the ambiance lighting, tables, etc.. The party progressed with dancing, toasts and an amazing performance by a Philipino folk dance troop. Of course, guests loved the Nightingale Photo Lounge! From bling to mustaches..

What a Wonderful Year January 3, 2010

I adore looking through my film from each year and reminiscing about all the weddings and engagement sessions

of which I was fortunate enough to be a part. When I revisit these images, I choke up, recalling all the laughter and tears

my couples and I shared. Tears? Ok, I cry at weddings…I can’t help it! I become invested in my couples’ stories and immerse

myself in the moment. The following images are a montage of a magical 2009 wedding season.
